As part of the WC Bradley family, we focus on building strong partnerships and driving mutual growth with our retail partners. This role is open to remote candidates; however, preference will be given to applicants located in the Lower Mainland region of British Columbia or the Greater Vancouver area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Account Management & Growth (40%): Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent and regional retailers to drive sales and maximize growth opportunities
  • Market Expansion (15%): Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share within Ontario
  • Retail Support & Merchandising (15%): Provide sales support, training, and merchandising guidance to ensure strong in-store execution and brand representation
  • Data-Driven Sales Planning (10%): Utilize market data, sales reports, and customer insights to optimize account strategies and performance
  • Travel and Field Engagement (10%): Conduct regular visits to retail locations to strengthen relationships and drive sales performance
  • Cross Functional Collaboration (10%): Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
  • Other duties as deemed necessary

Requirements:

  • Requires a level of knowledge normally gained through completion of an undergraduate degree
  • 3 years' experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 3+ years of sales experience in consumer goods, preferably in the outdoor grilling, home improvement, or appliance categories
  • Proven track record of success in account management, sales growth, and market expansion
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a growth mindset
  • Deep understanding of the independent and regional retail landscape in Ontario
  • Ability to travel extensively across the region
  • Very frequent independent action
  • A high level of analytical ability is required in order to gather interpret complex data and to find solutions to unusual problems
