For nearly 30 years, Masterclass has been delivering exceptional sports tours and events across the UK and Europe to over 3,000 students annually — with football at the very heart of what we do. From elite coaching experiences and competitive tournaments to fixtures against academy and development sides, we create professionally organised football tours that give young players access to unforgettable experiences. Through our established relationships across Europe, including links with professional clubs and respected training facilities, we provide schools and teams with opportunities that go beyond the ordinary tour. Whether it’s football in Spain or Holland, netball festivals or multi-sport events, the Masterclass team ensures every detail is expertly managed. Our reputation is built on deep sector knowledge, trusted industry relationships and a genuine understanding of what schools, coaches and young athletes expect from a first-class sports tour. Every aspect of a Masterclass event is designed to deliver total peace of mind for group leaders while creating lasting sporting memories for students. This role will be based in our Brighton office, with a hybrid working pattern that includes two days per week working from home. Remote working is however a possibility for the right candidate. We are seeking an experienced football tours professional with a strong business development mindset to support and grow the MasterClass football portfolio. This position is ideally suited to someone already working within the football travel or sports tours industry who understands the market, the stakeholders and the commercial landscape. If you currently operate within football tour delivery, academy fixture coordination, grassroots football travel or sports event management — and are looking to join a well-established specialist brand — we would be keen to hear from you. You will play a key role in shaping the future growth of the MasterClass football programme, using your market knowledge and relationships to identify new opportunities, drive enquiry conversion and increase the long-term value of our client base.
