Job Responsibility

Proactively engage with customers via phone, email and/or video calls
Develop, grow and manage your own sales pipeline by delivering excellent customer service to repeat bookers and new enquiries
Handling all aspects of the booking to deliver a seamless, personalised service
Converting direct, business to business and marketing generated enquiries to sales and initiate follow-up procedures to ensure successful conversion
Accurate use of our HubSpot CRM system in a timely manner. Creating and updating new customers, opportunities, maintaining hotlists and favourite lists
Using our inhouse reservation and quote presentation systems to prepare quotes for customer enquiries in an accurate and timely fashion
Have the ability to negotiate and deal with sales challenges to successfully generate maximum revenue, margin and volume in line with individual and team targets
Generating customer invoices and dispatching to clients
Maintaining good relationships with suppliers
Required to work on our European events for up to six weeks of the year along with an occasional weekend tournament
