As a Regional Account Executive (RAE), your primary responsibility is to prospect and sell new qualified clients within your assigned territory. You will engage with a diverse range of food and beverage processing market segments, including: Food processing plants; Retail food establishments; Food distribution centers; Pharmaceutical facilities; Food service industry members
Job Responsibility
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to consistently exceed sales targets
Gain and maintain comprehensive knowledge of RK Environmental's programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings
Build strong internal partnerships and collaborate effectively with Service and Operations teams to maximize growth opportunities
Represent the RK Environmental brand as a premium provider of Brand Protection Services to clients and prospects
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
2-5+ years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) outside sales
Intermediate to Advanced computer competency, including familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven experience in generating sales through cold calling and prospecting
Excellent organization and time management skills
Must possess a valid drivers license and pass a motor vehicle record search
Must pass a pre-employment background screen
Ability to work independently from a home office with access to the Internet
Willingness to obtain any required industry State licenses
Nice to have
A Bachelors degree
Two years
sales experience in the Pest Control industry
Previous negotiation and presentation skills
Experience selling into multiple market segments
