  • Manage team up to 8 outsourced agents to work on achieving Net adds, Voice points, solution and accounts targets
  • Managing and distribution Sales according to Territory to maximize opportunities and capture market share as to increase sales YOY
  • Manage Stake holder “Marketing /Activation /any at assigned Task or Project & Spotting and encouraging innovative ideas at teams
