Requirements

7-9 years of work experience in accounting (IFRS, Local or US GAAP) financial reporting/auditing role
Regulatory Reporting experience Production or Implementation highly advantageous
Basel 2/Basel 3 reporting experience highly advantageous
Prior experience in IT projects for reporting is an advantage
Basic Oracle/SQL/MS-Access knowledge
Advanced MS Excel knowledge
Fluent English
University/College degree in finance/accounting/IT
CPA is advantageous

Job Responsibility

Understand and translate Asia local regulatory report requirements
Deliver decomposed local regulatory report forms / schedule
Submit and discuss documentation to source data from a central database
Deliver Mapping (Rules) Design, Documentation, Writing, and Review
Deliver Data Quality review
Complete UAT and Parallel Testing
Support RegInsight LRR change management activities
Lead/participate in other transformation initiatives

Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations

Plays a part in settling and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies and starts for global Finance processes
Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance processes and applications
