• Testing, Repairing, and Refurbishing: Identifying faults, repairing faulty components, and refurbishing electronic and mechanical equipment
• Refurbishing Mechanical Components: Refurbishing the mechanical components of robots to maintain optimal functionality
• Conducting Maintenance and Upgrades: Conducting maintenance activities and upgrades on robots and chargers
• Ensuring Quality Control: Ensuring refurbished equipment meets quality standards through thorough testing and inspections
• Maintaining Record Keeping: Keeping accurate records of repairs, replacements, and equipment conditions.
• Robot Repairs: Occasionally assisting the service team with robot repairs
• Following Safety Protocols: Adhering to strict safety protocols when working with electronic or mechanical equipment
• Warehouse Management: Maintaining a hub-based warehouse by conducting regular inventories

• Experience in roles such as mechanics, service engineer/technician
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with professionals from various teams
• Skill in identifying and explaining problems in a simple and clear manner
• Capability to work independently on problem-solving tasks
• Keen attention to detail
• Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset
• Fluency in English
• Strong work ethic, including managing backlogs and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure
