Job Responsibility

Trouble shooting and problem solving of Catering & Refrigeration equipment
Repair and maintenance of various catering equipment including fridges, freezers, ice-cream machines and cold displays etc
Install & Service of refrigeration & catering equipment
Commitment to completing jobs fully
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all Catering equipment
Inspect equipment to detect wear and damage and perform minor repairs, adjustments and maintenance tasks
Maintain inventories of equipment, storing and retrieving items and assembling and disassembling equipment as necessary
Must abide by all standards and procedures and ensure others do likewise
Maintaining strong standards, working with the Service Manager and Store Managers
Working with fellow management and staff to build positive interpersonal relationships and motivate with personal contact

Manage off-cycle payrolls, final pay calculations, and retroactive adjustments
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws, including FLSA requirements
Maintain accurate tax setup and withholding compliance across multiple states

Monitor regulatory changes and implement required payroll updates
