Minimum of 3 years’ experience
Good working knowledge of refrigeration and catering equipment, servicing and maintenance
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong attention to detail
Accurate record keeping and logs
Full clean driving license
Must be flexible, able to work on all various catering equipment
Must abide by all standards and procedures

Job Responsibility

Trouble shooting and problem solving of Catering & Refrigeration equipment
Repair and maintenance of various catering equipment including fridges, freezers, ice-cream machines and cold displays etc
Install & service of refrigeration & catering equipment
Commitment to completing jobs fully
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all Catering equipment
Inspect equipment to detect wear and damage and perform minor repairs, adjustments and maintenance tasks
Maintain inventories of equipment, storing and retrieving items and assembling and disassembling equipment as necessary
Maintaining strong standards, working with the Service Manager and Store Managers
Working with fellow management and staff to build positive interpersonal relationships and motivate with personal contact
