Job Responsibility:
Participate in rotational assignments across core business functions, including: Operations Foundation: Learn service delivery, routing, inventory processes, and safety initiatives
Sales & Client Engagement: Shadow sales teams, support client calls, renewals, and proposals
Marketing: Assist with campaigns, promotional materials, and digital strategy
Operational Excellence: Analyze data-driven reporting, compliance, and optimization initiatives
Finance & Business Acumen: Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
HR & People Leadership: Partner on recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement programs
Complete assigned deliverables for each rotation (e.g., efficiency analysis, client growth playbook, marketing campaign plan, KPI improvement proposal)
Lead projects that drive business performance and operational excellence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions
Commit to program requirements and timelines
Requirements:
Ideal applicants will graduate between December 2025 and August 2026
Students with a degree or background in hospitality, business, culinary, food service, or facilities management preferred
Candidates with excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills
Candidates willing to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
