Job Description:

Valley Medical Care is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member who is able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on open items to join our team. This role is responsible for processing outgoing referrals to specialty providers, tracking referral status, following up with patients to ensure appointments are scheduled and completed, and obtaining records after visits. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are essential. Experience in a medical office and familiarity with EMR systems is preferred but not required.

  • Provides clerical support with patient/client notification and documentation, to include but not limited to complete medical records including labs, authorizations, X-Rays, hospital records and any previous care pertaining to each patient visit.
