Job Description

We’re looking for a Referral Advisor to support our conveyancing sales operation by managing inbound referrals, working closely with business development and sales teams, and ensuring every opportunity is handled accurately, efficiently, and within agreed service levels.

Job Responsibility

  • Working closely with the Conveyancing Sales and Business Development teams to allocate IDAML opportunities accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all referred leads are reviewed, processed, and passed to sales teams within agreed service levels
  • Acting as a point of contact for Business Development colleagues and, where appropriate, external referrers
  • Managing the end-to-end referral process, ensuring all required information and documentation is obtained
  • Maintaining accurate, well-organised records across internal systems
  • Providing regular updates to referral sources on the progress of referred cases
  • Supporting internal conveyancing teams to ensure referred clients receive a high-quality, seamless service
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve referral-related issues efficiently
  • Undertaking additional duties in line with the role, as requested by your line manager

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment
  • Customer service experience with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Educated to a good standard in Maths and English
  • Confident using Microsoft Office

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the UK property or conveyancing process
  • Experience managing or allocating external leads
  • Experience working with multiple internal or external stakeholders
