Job Description:

The Reference Data Services Senior Analyst role involves applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to innovation, and having a leadership role within teams. This position impacts a variety of processes and workflows related to customer and product data management, operating with autonomy and addressing complex issues. It requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Exercises full leadership and supervisory responsibility over Operations Support department
Evaluates subordinates' performance
Recommends new work procedures with broader scope of impact
Deals with variable issues with substantial potential impact
Directly impacts the area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results
Responsible for opening and maintaining customer sub-accounts or product pricing setups
Operates with a limited level of direct supervision
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders or team members
Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

5-8 years of prior operations management experience
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Leadership mentality
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
