This is an analyst position within the MAC (Master Agreement Central) Documentation Operations Unit. Responsibilities include processing trading legal agreements, reviewing bilateral contracts, ensuring data accuracy in internal systems, and supporting global contract negotiations and trades. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in data management. Job Responsibility:
Review bilateral contracts
ensure data entry accuracy in MAC system
upload documents into repository system
resolve questions with internal stakeholders to expedite processes
process various bilateral contract types including ISDA, MRA, GMRA, MSLA, MSFTA, and Futures Agreements
execute and approve agreements in MAC system
ensure data accuracy critical for downstream systems
provide training, feedback, and updates to team
offer learning sessions to team members
analyze complex data requests
make informed decisions under pressure.
Requirements:
Experience with data management tasks in a large office setting
experience in a data processing field requiring 100% data accuracy
detail-oriented
ability to interpret and follow strict rules and procedures
ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
ability to work independently with limited oversight
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
demonstrated proficiency in MSWord and Excel
ability to learn and use proprietary in-house systems
strong analytical skills
ability to isolate root cause by analyzing data
ability to manage control practices using a risk-based approach
strong written and verbal communication skills
ability to interact with Legal, Margin Ops, and Credit teams
planning and organizing skills
ability to work to tight deadlines as part of a team
ability to focus on delivery while exhibiting attention to detail
ability to handle several initiatives concurrently and manage changes in priorities.
