Job Description:

The Reference Data Services Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role dealing with most problems independently. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with industry standards and practices. Responsible for customer and product reference data management across various systems.

Job Responsibility:

Opening and maintaining customer sub-accounts or product pricing setups
Ensuring customer/product data details and settlement instructions remain up to date
Liaising with other operational teams globally to ensure globally consistent model
Ensuring statutory and regulatory obligations are met
Verifying all details of the client/product from regulatory and control perspective
Serving as escalation point for issues and complex processing
Involvement in key projects for unit
Delivering daily project work and escalation management
Assessing risk when business decisions are made
Driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

2-5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations
Developed communication and diplomacy skills
Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others
Knowledge of industry standards and practices
