Job Description:

This role requires professional knowledge of processes, procedures and systems to handle assigned tasks. Responsibilities include authenticating and remediating client data, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing projects, assessing risks, among others. Additional on-the-job training is provided.

Job Responsibility:

Authenticates and remediates client data using external and internal Citi systems
liaises with both internal Citi teams and/or external clients globally to ensure data quality is remediated
provides a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders
owns ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion
provides tangible metrics to management
appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
supports the team manager in completion of additional management tasks
maker (1st level) and checker (2nd level) processing of requests across all business lines
performs User Acceptance Testing with occasional weekend release testing as part of a team
manages various data remediation work streams and projects

Requirements:

University degree or 2 years of equivalent industry experience preferrable
experience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment
knowledge of SSI (Standard Settlement Instruction) and SWIFT messages
takes ownership of allocated work and is accountable
able to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escalate
financial services related qualifications
English verbal and written skills required to high standard
