Entity Data Management Team (EDM) is part of the Data and Regulatory Operations responsible for providing Clients reliable sources of the reference data. Our main role is to search, gather and manage information regarding legal entities in an extended timeline. What is more, we review the collected information, search new one, provide updates to reflect the ownership changes or such basics as the company’s name or address. We assure that the information we have is valid and up to date as well as is in line with the global, legal regulations. We use internal and external sources of information daily – we regularly investigate the data available on the Internet: official registries, companies’ websites etc.
Job Responsibility:
Search and analysis of legal entities information (such as address, relations between entities, legal structure etc) using Google, official companies’ websites, country registry etc
Running projects at the local and global level
Cooperation with the global operations and technology teams to solve the inconsistencies and implement changes
Identification of issues and risk as well implantation of process changes
Preparation of reports and metrics based on the conducted analysis
Requirements:
English at a very good level, ability to work with documents and texts and provide conclusions based on the gathered information
Communicativeness to run teleconferences and email correspondence with the global partners
Very good knowledge of Excel spreadsheet
Ability to share knowledge
Ability to manage time and tasks under time pressure
Experience in running projects is an asset
