SSI (Standard Settlement Instructions) are cash or securities bank details, that are used by clients to settle trades or deals. SSI usually has account numbers and bank SWIFT codes. Job Responsibility
Perform trend analysis and identifying root causes Implementing or suggesting solutions based on the root cause analysis
Maintain and authenticate Standard Settlement Instructions across various regions, applications, and products
Liaise with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated
Use various external and internal systems to confirm financial data
Provide a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders
Provide tangible metrics to Management
Requirements
Very good English knowledge (written & spoken)
Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheet as an asset
Manage various data remediation work streams Projects Knowledge
Able to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escalate
Experience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment
Take ownership of allocated work and is accountable
Bachelor’s/University degree or financial services related qualifications as an asset
