Reference Data Services Analyst

• Provide support for day-to-day operational activities related to the processing of trading legal agreements
• Ensure data quality of the submission of contracts
• Assist in the accurate entry of key contract data points into internal systems
• Work closely with more senior team members to review legal documentation and internal forms
• Identify and verify critical data points
• Input information accurately into the MAC system
• Address any input feedback provided by senior members of the team
• Upload documents into the designated repository system
• Flag any issues or discrepancies to internal stakeholders for resolution
• Work on a variety of bilateral contracts such as ISDA agreements and Securities Financing Transactions
• Develop a foundational understanding of documentation over time

• At least 2 years of experience with similar data management tasks in a large office setting
• Experience in a data processing field that requires 100% data accuracy
• Detail oriented
• Ability to interpret and follow strict rules and procedures
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers to include MSWord, Excel
• Ability to learn and use various proprietary in-house systems including web-based programs
• Eye for detail and ability to process data quickly without errors
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage control practices demonstrating a risk-based approach
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able to interact with Legal, Margin Ops and Credit teams
• Ability to proficiently use MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
