Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Reference Data Analyst to support core reference data, onboarding coordination, documentation management, and operational workflows across the firm. This role sits within the Reference Data team and focuses on accurate data maintenance, tracking of operational requirements, and ensuring timely processing of account, vendor, and counterparty information. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage administrative tasks related to client set-ups and ongoing maintenance, including data entry, updates, and quality checks
  • Administer wire instruction set-ups and static data maintenance, ensuring accuracy and prompt updates
  • Support implementation of the firm’s Vendor Vetting procedures, including organising submissions and maintaining accurate vendor records
  • Administer the firm’s Give Up Agreement (GUA) process, including documentation management and workflow coordination
  • Support the GUA clean-up initiative, including follow-ups on existing agreements
  • Trading Account set ups and maintenance

Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience within a financial institution, particularly in areas involving onboarding, account set-up, or reference data management
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise workload
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at one time and creative problem solving is highly desirable
