Job Description:

The Reengineering Analyst is a developing professional role that deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and execute large-scale business transformation and reengineering engagements
Analyze reengineering results and present findings to senior leadership
Evaluate reengineering initiatives for scope, timing, benefits, and sponsorship
Provide project reporting and oversight
Collect, measure, and analyze project management data
Manage project issues
Develop project scope and schedule plans
Manage project costs including forecasting, tracking, identifying variances
Create and implement project quality management plans
Identify, assess, and manage project risks
Operate with limited supervision
Collaborate with reengineering team members to execute programs
Review and analyze data management items
Document processes using tools like Blueworks
Occasionally provide informal guidance and on-the-job training
Assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in a related role within Reengineering, quality, controls or projects
Certification in Lean Six Sigma and/or Project Management
Effective verbal and written skills
Effective communication and analytical skills
Effective relationship management skills
Expert level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
