Job Description:

The Reengineering Analyst is a developing professional role that deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with industry standards and practices. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on factual information analysis.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and execute large-scale business transformation and reengineering engagements
Analyze reengineering results and evaluate initiatives
Present findings to senior leadership
Oversee and report on projects including developing scope and schedule plans
Collect and analyze project data
Manage project issues
Manage project costs including forecasting and tracking
Develop and implement project quality management plans
Identify, assess, track, and respond to project risks
Document processes using tools like Blueworks

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in a related role within Reengineering, quality, controls or projects
Certification in Lean Six Sigma and/or Project Management
Effective verbal and written skills
Effective communication and analytical skills
Effective relationship management skills
Expert level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite
