Job Description:

The Redzone Administrator ensures optimal operation of AK Crust’s Redzone Digital Production System through technical management, user support, and system advocacy. This role maintains software/hardware functionality while promoting Redzone as a communication and collaboration platform across operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage user accounts (setup, password resets, electronic signatures, forum access)
  • Deploy software updates across iPads and TVs at 4 Green Bay, WI locations
  • Configure new products/items based on the information managers provide and the correct settings and characteristics
  • Build and edit data sheets, items, characteristics, and other relevant information
  • Set up new department/area/line that will utilize Redzone (Dry Mix, Safety, Shipping/Receiving, new line)
  • Integrate new equipment (weight scales, calipers) with the system
  • Resolve line sensor malfunctions, iPad charging issues, and TV problems
  • Provide real-time assistance to users or respond promptly when research is needed
  • Collaborate with Redzone support to address issues that require further support
  • Work with SMEs and IT to help with troubleshooting and support
  • Train new users and promoted employees across all operational levels
  • Tailor training to role-specific software functions
  • Work closely with Redzone and Training specialists, Training Coordinator and SMEs to create and provide appropriate training
  • Conduct Huddle Check-ins
  • Monitor past due activities and follow up with owners
  • Verify checklist accuracy and downtime category effectiveness
  • Inspect iPad functionality, cleanliness, and case condition
  • Support and drive “One Best Way” to use Redzone
  • Identify new Redzone applications and opportunities
  • Help create and maintain Redzone Reports
  • Serve as liaison with Redzone representatives for updates and feedback

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Proficiency with iPad, Apple TV, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong coaching and collaboration skills
  • Data analysis capabilities and database table knowledge
  • Ability to create and interpret graphs and charts
  • Understand Redzone software and manufacturing operations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware and software
  • Train employees at all levels on system use
  • Analyze data and create reports
  • Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
  • Work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Learn new software features and updates quickly
