Redis Server Team Lead

We are looking for a Team Lead to join the Redis Server group as part of the Core Platforms group. Leading a Redis Server team means taking on the challenge of creating and improving one of the world’s fastest and most highly-regarded NoSQL databases. The Redis Server team is very unique. The team works on both Redis Community Edition and Redis Enterprise products, improving both. As Redis is the core of the product, anything we do has a huge impact on other teams and their activity. Besides working with the community, you will also collaborate with internal stakeholders. This challenge is for those who enjoy technology in general, and especially performance, community and finding elegant solutions to complex problems.
