Help People + Help the Planet - join #TeamPossible today. Join Endeavour Foundation at the BCC Resource Recovery Centre, at Willawong, as a Resource Recovery Attendant. This is your chance to protect the environment, reduce waste, and support meaningful work opportunities for people with disability.

Job Responsibility:

Assist customers to unload and recycle materials safely
Sort and stack items for reuse, recycling, or safe disposal
Inspect loads and guide drivers to the right areas
Keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming

Requirements:

Passion for recycling and sustainability
Commitment to supporting people with disability
Flexibility for shifts (weekends and weekdays)
Licence and reliable transport (HR licence desirable)
Physically fit and able to move/lift items
Strong customer service and communication skills
Willing to obtain Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Police Check

Nice to have:
