Monitoring daily service level activities across the team. Have supporting delivery / governance plans to achieve the expected service levels
Support the team to achieve their expected daily input & output targets (result oriented). Motivate and guide the team in right direction to ensure weekly and monthly targets are met
Ensuring everyone in the team is productive as per business requirements
On need basis must endeavor to perform hands-on (lead from the front). Conduct process wellness checks to review if the said processes are being rightly followed
Bridge & develop relationship between internal & external stakeholders (offshore and onshore team)
Work closely with the team and onshore resource managers to support training needs
