Job Description:

At IC Resources, we specialise in deep tech recruitment – and we’re growing fast. IC Resources is expanding, and we’re seeking a Team Leader to manage and grow one of our deep tech recruitment teams. This is a chance to step into leadership while remaining hands-on in your own specialist market.

Job Responsibility:

Leading, coaching and developing a team of recruiters
Driving performance and building a high-performing culture
Managing your own desk, placing professionals in semiconductors, software, AI, quantum, photonics and electronics
Contributing to strategic growth plans and shaping the direction of your team

Requirements:

Recruitment experience with a proven track record of billing
Previous leadership experience (formal or informal)
Ambition to build, scale and inspire a team
Interest in deep tech and the industries shaping the future
