Job Responsibility

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand current and future talent needs
  • Build hiring plan to include but not limited to advertisement, technical school outreach
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Advise leaders on role profiles, market insights, and selection strategies
  • Source and engage diverse talent through multiple channels
  • Screen and interview candidates with a structured, fair approach
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with policies, local regulations, and global standards
  • Adhere to company-wide safety requirements
  • Conduct oneself in a considerate, professional, and helpful manner
  • Ensure all actions are in line with Alfa Laval's policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment support role
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
  • Experience using HRIS, ATS, or similar digital tools - Workday
  • Exposure to a multinational or matrix organization beneficial but not required
  • Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments a plus
  • Understanding of HR processes and local employment regulations
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software platforms
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically or local

  • Experience using HRIS, ATS, or similar digital tools
