Job Responsibility
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand current and future talent needs
Build hiring plan to include but not limited to advertisement, technical school outreach
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Advise leaders on role profiles, market insights, and selection strategies
Source and engage diverse talent through multiple channels
Screen and interview candidates with a structured, fair approach
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Ensure compliance with policies, local regulations, and global standards
Adhere to company-wide safety requirements
Conduct oneself in a considerate, professional, and helpful manner
Ensure all actions are in line with Alfa Laval's policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment support role
Familiarity with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
Experience using HRIS, ATS, or similar digital tools - Workday
Exposure to a multinational or matrix organization beneficial but not required
Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments a plus
Understanding of HR processes and local employment regulations
Excellent communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software platforms
Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically or local
Nice to have
Experience using HRIS, ATS, or similar digital tools
Exposure to a multinational or matrix organization
Previous experience in HR roles in industrial or manufacturing environments
