Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple job categories across the organization
Partner with department leaders to understand role needs and desired qualifications
Draft and publish job announcements across appropriate channels
Review incoming applications and screen prospective candidates
Coordinate interview scheduling and prepare supporting materials
Participate in interviews and assist with structured evaluation processes
Recommend workflow refinements to increase efficiency
Design and execute outreach strategies to engage high-quality talent
Build and maintain relationships with community partners and local talent groups
Attend career fairs and recruiting events as a representative of the organization
Provide guidance on compensation recommendations and start dates in line with internal standards
Advise leaders on recruiting best practices and compliant hiring behaviors
Coach managers on interview structure, documentation, and decision-making
Lead training sessions to reinforce consistent and values‑aligned hiring across the organization
Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure adherence to employment laws
Monitor hiring data, report on trends, and suggest opportunities for improvement
Support onboarding activities to create a seamless transition for new hires
Requirements:
A solid background in recruiting, including several years managing the entire hiring process and at least one year dedicated to proactive sourcing
Experience supporting a variety of position types—administrative, service-oriented, technical, and more
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both leadership and candidates
Confidence developing outreach strategies and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Working knowledge of employment regulations and compliant hiring practices
Comfortable navigating applicant tracking systems, using Microsoft Office tools, and keeping organized, accurate records
A meticulous, discreet, and team-oriented work style that supports a smooth and consistent hiring process
A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as HR, Business, Psychology, or Communications
Nice to have:
Exposure to the financial services sector or other member‑focused service environments
SHRM’s Talent Acquisition credential or similar detail oriented recognition
Familiarity with project management systems like Asana
Strong relationship-building abilities and confidence engaging with external networks
Experience using social media or recruitment marketing tactics to attract talent
Ability to understand and interpret hiring metrics to guide decision-making
