Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering tailored recruitment support to homes with specific challenges
  • Organising and attending engaging recruitment events, ensuring strong local visibility
  • Training new team members on our recruitment systems and best practices
  • Collaborating with home and regional teams to share insights and drive improvements
  • Partnering with the Recruitment Manager, Head of Recruitment, and Operations Team to align recruitment with business priorities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment within the Care Home sector
  • Strong knowledge of UK Right to Work processes
  • Confidence using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • A collaborative spirit – you’re a team player who builds strong relationships
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – travel is part of the role
