Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting recruitment processes for IT positions
  • Actively seeking candidates using various sourcing methods and channels
  • Conducting initial telephone interviews with candidates
  • Creating and publishing recruitment advertisements
  • Updating the candidate database and ensuring the highest standards of recruitment communication
  • Collaborating with the team and managers on ongoing projects
  • Support in employer branding activities

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 year of experience in recruitment in the IT industry
  • Willingness to develop in the IT recruitment field
  • Organizational skills and independence in the execution of tasks
  • Communication and relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of basic labor laws regarding hiring and B2B contracts
  • Ability to work with sourcing tools (first experience in this area is welcome)
  • Knowledge of English at a level that allows communication
  • Knowledge of the Polish language
