Recruitment Specialist

• Receive and vet job orders, securing approval from management to source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients for consideration
• Exercise independent judgment and strong interviewing skills to match candidates with suitable placements
• Maintain performance benchmarks outlined by the company, including recruitment metrics, community networking, and candidate placement follow-up
• Act as a liaison between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees, representing our company's values with professionalism and integrity
• Provide administrative oversight for contract employees and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
• Cultivate community relations through active engagement and community activities
• Retain a pool of temporary/contract employees to meet client demands
• Collaborate closely with fellow Recruitment Specialists to address client needs effectively
• Maintain regular communication with customers to address and resolve escalated personnel matters
• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality at all times
