Job Responsibility:
Delivering exceptional customer service
Overseeing contract employees at various client sites
Spearheading recruitment efforts for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions
Receiving and vet job orders
Exercising independent judgment and strong interviewing skills to match candidates with suitable placements
Maintaining performance benchmarks outlined by the company, including recruitment metrics, community networking, and candidate placement follow-up
Acting as a liaison between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees
Providing administrative oversight for contract employees and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
Cultivating community relations through active engagement and community activities
Retaining a pool of temporary/contract employees to meet client demands
Collaborating closely with fellow Recruitment Specialists to address client needs effectively
Maintaining regular communication with customers to address and resolve escalated personnel matters
Upholding high ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality at all times
