Job Responsibility

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Overseeing contract employees at various client sites
  • Spearheading recruitment efforts for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions
  • Receiving and vet job orders
  • Exercising independent judgment and strong interviewing skills to match candidates with suitable placements
  • Maintaining performance benchmarks outlined by the company, including recruitment metrics, community networking, and candidate placement follow-up
  • Acting as a liaison between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees
  • Providing administrative oversight for contract employees and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Cultivating community relations through active engagement and community activities
  • Retaining a pool of temporary/contract employees to meet client demands
  • Collaborating closely with fellow Recruitment Specialists to address client needs effectively
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers to address and resolve escalated personnel matters
  • Upholding high ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality at all times
