About the role. You will: Conduct E2E research for experienced profiles across different markets – from understanding the profile to developing the search strategy and closing the recruitment process. Use a solution-oriented approach by overcoming blockers and challenges that arise during the recruitment process. Apply creative and out-of-the-box thinking when conducting candidate searches. Build and nurture relationships with candidates and potential future candidates. Be expected to collaborate and support team members across various recruitment projects. Cooperate closely with hiring managers and board members to understand hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a recruiter in IT in an international environment
  • either recruitment agency or in house recruitment for IT sector
  • Experience and proven track record of success in searches for experienced professionals
  • Ability to share knowledge and help build executive search competency internally
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and building executive pipelines
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and proactivity, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple searches simultaneously, as well as collaborate effectively within a team to contribute to shared success
  • To have strong understanding of business, organizational structures, and leadership functions
  • To be fluent in English, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
  • To be available to work full-time in a hybrid work model

Nice to have:

  • Experience in conducting searches on different markets e.g. Europe, US, UK, Japan, Australia
  • Being up to date with current trends on the market
