Job Responsibility:
Proactively source active and passive candidates through online databases, job boards, and employee referrals
Ensure all applications are managed effectively, meeting SLA targets
Conduct initial screening discussions with potential candidates
Schedule and facilitate interviews, actively participating in panels
Provide timely communication and feedback to ensure positive candidate journey
Work towards KPIs including offer and interview targets
Maintain excellent administrative practices using ATS system
Build robust pipeline of high-quality candidates for future vacancies
Actively assist with onboarding to ensure smooth candidate transitions
Develop strong working relationships with Home Managers and external stakeholders
Attend open days and job fairs, fostering connections with local universities and colleges
Requirements:
Experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment administration
Proficiency in using ATS systems and maintaining records
Strong communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills
Proactive attitude with keen eye for detail and organisation
