At Dynamic Search, we specialise in connecting top-tier IT talent with fast-growing technology businesses across the UK and Europe. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our Liverpool HQ and support one of our specialist recruitment teams. This role is ideal for someone with recruitment or B2B sales experience who enjoys building relationships, speaking to people, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent, helping our consultants deliver exceptional results for clients. There is also a clear progression path into a Recruitment Consultant role for those looking to develop their career within recruitment.

Job Responsibility

  • Source and engage high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
  • Conduct outbound calls and telephone interviews with candidates
  • Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability for live vacancies
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to develop a consistent talent pipeline
  • Support Recruitment Consultants with interview scheduling, compliance, and general administration
  • Keep candidate records and CRM systems updated and accurate
  • Work closely with the wider team to deliver an excellent candidate experience
  • Meet activity targets including calls, CV submissions, and interviews arranged

  • Responsible for updating and distributing resourcing trackers and kpi’s as required
  • Support Resourcing Officer to liaise with the agency labour providers and manage the transfer of temporary staff to permanent contracts within our 12-week model
  • Conduct initial agency labour audits to meet customer and legislative requirements and ensure any non-conformances issues are closed out
  • Organise and attend local recruitment fairs to promote opportunities at Avara Foods
  • Ensuring that all allocated roles are worked on, keeping the Resourcing Manager up to date on the progress
  • Build talent pools for frequent vacancies and to develop an understanding of internal succession and talent development
  • Ensure all processes are maintained and followed with our ATS, and to keep up to date with all system updates
