Job Responsibility:
Work closely with Hiring Managers to scope roles, understand team needs, and develop effective sourcing strategies
Manage the entire hiring process end-to-end, from initial outreach to final offer
Design and implement a systematic, data-driven recruitment process aligned with both individual role requirements and the company’s long-term goals
Build, maintain, and continually expand a strong network of top-tier talent for future hiring needs
Strengthen our employer brand and help position the company as a top employer in the industry
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
Leverage your experience to identify opportunities for process optimization and introduce best practices across the hiring lifecycle
Requirements:
A strong drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset
Proven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management
A passion for discovering and attracting exceptional candidates
Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Fluency in English
