Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to scope roles, understand team needs, and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Manage the entire hiring process end-to-end, from initial outreach to final offer
  • Design and implement a systematic, data-driven recruitment process aligned with both individual role requirements and the company’s long-term goals
  • Build, maintain, and continually expand a strong network of top-tier talent for future hiring needs
  • Strengthen our employer brand and help position the company as a top employer in the industry
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
  • Leverage your experience to identify opportunities for process optimization and introduce best practices across the hiring lifecycle

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management
