Job Description

We're looking for a highly organised and people-focused Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join our team on a fully remote basis. You'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient onboarding journey ensuring new hires feel supported from offer through to their first day and beyond. This is a fast-paced role where you'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to reduce time to hire while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full onboarding process from offer acceptance to start date
  • Coordinate and send offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Liaise with candidates to collect essential checks (DBS, Right to Work, references)
  • Ensure onboarding timelines are met and delays are proactively managed
  • Keep candidates and hiring managers updated throughout the process
  • Work closely with internal teams (Recruitment, HR, IT, Payroll)
  • Support risk assessments relating to references or DBS outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and company policies
  • Produce onboarding reports and track key metrics (e.g. time to hire)
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, delivering a positive candidate experience
