Recruitment Onboarding Coordinator Remote Working | 3-Month Contract+ | Immediate Start Available £14.50 - £14.75 per hour | 37.5 hours per week We are currently recruiting for a busy and fast-paced recruitment function, seeking an experienced Recruitment Onboarding Coordinator to join on a temporary basis. This is a fully remote opportunity where you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and compliant onboarding experience for a high volume of new starters.
Job Responsibility
Manage end-to-end onboarding for a high volume of candidates
Coordinate all pre-employment checks including DBS, Right to Work and referencing
Issue contracts and onboarding documentation
Act as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
Proactively chase outstanding documentation to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain accurate records across onboarding systems
Support a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment onboarding or compliance-focused recruitment roles
Experience managing high-volume pipelines
Strong understanding of DBS, Right to Work and referencing processes
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
Strong communication skills across candidates and stakeholders
Confidence working independently in a fully remote environment
Availability to start immediately or at short notice
