Recruitment Onboarding Coordinator Remote Working | 3-Month Contract+ | Immediate Start Available £14.50 - £14.75 per hour | 37.5 hours per week We are currently recruiting for a busy and fast-paced recruitment function, seeking an experienced Recruitment Onboarding Coordinator to join on a temporary basis. This is a fully remote opportunity where you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and compliant onboarding experience for a high volume of new starters.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for a high volume of candidates
  • Coordinate all pre-employment checks including DBS, Right to Work and referencing
  • Issue contracts and onboarding documentation
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
  • Proactively chase outstanding documentation to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate records across onboarding systems
  • Support a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment onboarding or compliance-focused recruitment roles
  • Experience managing high-volume pipelines
  • Strong understanding of DBS, Right to Work and referencing processes
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong communication skills across candidates and stakeholders
  • Confidence working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Availability to start immediately or at short notice
