Job Description:

We’re looking for a Recruitment Marketing Automation Manager to join a leading staffing company. This role is remote, out of region, and offers an opportunity to lead innovative marketing automation efforts within our client’s staffing operations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and possess expertise in recruitment marketing and marketing automation, this position could be a great fit for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing automation strategies to enhance candidate sourcing efficiency
  • Manage and refine outreach campaigns across multiple channels to generate high-quality leads
  • Utilize AI-enabled sourcing tools to personalize and automate candidate engagement processes
  • Collaborate with travel staffing teams to prioritize and activate open orders through targeted marketing efforts
  • Analyze staffing trends, provide actionable insights, and advise leadership on market conditions and candidate behaviors

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in travel healthcare staffing or related staffing industries
  • Experience with HubSpot lead management and automation is required
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing tools
  • Strong understanding of the travel clinician persona and staffing landscape

Nice to have:

Proficiency with Bullhorn, including implementation or optimization experience, is a plus
