Job Description:

Assist and support in handling and resolving Human Resources issues, including recruitment processes, employee orientation, and compliance with local and company policies. Create and maintain personnel files, support payroll processing, and foster a positive work environment aligned with Marriott International's values.

Job Responsibility:

Assist and support management with Human Resources issues
assist employees with internal and external transfer requests
monitor and assist with hiring processes
conduct reference checks, drug screens, and background checks
create and maintain new hire files
assist new employee orientation
maintain compliance with hiring processes
support and maintain payroll records
inform Human Resources management on employee relations issues
generate Human Resources data reports
train new hires on HR processes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
proficiency in creating and maintaining personnel files
expertise in monitoring recruitment processes for compliance
ability to assist employees with transfer requests
familiarity with processing payroll records
strong interpersonal and language skills.
