Job Responsibility:
Provide professional talent acquisition consulting and delivery services
Build talent Pipelines for current and future job openings
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Research and propose recruitment strategies that fulfill corporate goals and business development needs
Complete recruitment tasks, support staffing process, and oversee entirety of interview loops
Maintain and update client employee records using HR information systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in line with data protection regulations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations across client operations, partnering with legal and payroll teams as needed
Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, and laws relating to the recruiting and hiring
Responsible for multiple hiring projects by utilizing multiple talents sourcing pipelines, maintaining the ATS as our candidate book of record, and contingent worker life cycle processes
Conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, conduct talent mapping and market research, and use psychometric tools to assess leadership competencies
Work with Talent Assessment tools including DISC, Career Anchor, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Boolean search techniques, Management Drives, MBTI, LinkedIn Talent Insights, LinkedIn Recruiter, JazzHR, and Indeed Resume
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field plus 2 years of related experience
Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable
Experience should include conducting behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Experience conducting talent mapping and market research
Experience using psychometric tools to assess leadership competencies
Work with Talent Assessment tools including DISC, Career Anchor, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Boolean search techniques, Management Drives, MBTI, LinkedIn Talent Insights, LinkedIn Recruiter, JazzHR, and Indeed Resume
