The Recruitment Manager / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the complete recruitment lifecycle for SIERRA. This includes requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview management, offer negotiations, and onboarding. This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role requiring strong technical hiring capability, market intelligence, sourcing expertise, and the ability to close positions swiftly.
