As AMD continues its strong growth trajectory, our Talent Acquisition team is expanding to support increasing hiring demands. The Recruitment Manager will lead the team to complete full-cycle recruitment needs for complex technical engineering roles, as well as Sales and Marketing positions, across one or more business units.
Job Responsibility
Lead and manage stakeholder engagement across the business
Develop, coach, and manage the TA team
Drive executive-level hiring in Japan and Korea
Represent and advocate for Talent Acquisition with senior stakeholders
Apply sound judgment throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Requirements
Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry preferred
Proven people management experience in a matrix environment
Strong ability to navigate complexity and drive solutions
Demonstrated experience developing and executing recruitment strategies in Japan and Korea
Ability to operate effectively within a global organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
