This role is a dynamic 50/50 blend of business development and recruiting, giving you the opportunity to build both client partnerships and candidate networks. It is ideal for someone with a finance or accounting background who wants to leverage their industry knowledge while building relationships, helping professionals advance their careers, and partnering with some of the top financial services firms in the Bay Area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Business Development (50%): Build relationships with leading RIAs, private equity firms, venture capital funds, hedge funds, and investment managers across the Bay Area
  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand their finance and accounting hiring needs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor helping firms build high-performing teams
  • Identify new client opportunities and grow existing partnerships
  • Recruiting (50%): Source, interview, and place top accounting and finance talent into direct-hire roles
  • Coach candidates through the interview process and guide them through career decisions
  • Build long-term relationships with professionals across public accounting, investment management, and corporate finance
  • Match the right candidates with the right opportunities

Requirements:
