This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, responsible for leading seasonal high-volume recruitment and managing training and development programs across the organisation. You will develop and deliver training content, maintain internal trainer performance, and ensure all compliance documentation is accurate.
Job Responsibility:
Support two annual high-volume recruitment intakes
Coordinate recruitment events, candidate flow and induction logistics
Maintain LMS content, user records and onboarding systems
Deliver induction, leadership and guest experience training
Prepare workforce reports, attrition data and survey insights
Requirements:
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
Experience coordinating recruitment for seasonal or casual workforces
Knowledge of LMS platforms
Current driver's licence
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to coach and engage a predominantly young, casual workforce
Capacity to support KPOs across recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance and reporting
Nice to have:
