Job Responsibility
Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pre-employment checks
Partner with Hiring Managers to deliver tailored, high-impact recruitment solutions
Develop and execute recruitment strategies, campaigns, and employer branding initiatives
Ensure consistent hiring standards and timely communication across all recruitment stages
Support internal recruitment and mobility processes with fairness and transparency
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure completion of employment agreements
Train, mentor, and develop recruitment consultants through coaching and regular one-on-ones
Communicate team goals, vision, and recruitment objectives clearly and effectively
Provide insights and guidance on market trends and recruitment best practices
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, candidates, agencies, and sourcing partners
Collaborate with global recruitment teams and stay connected to industry developments
Deliver meaningful recruitment reporting, including pipeline metrics, hiring activity, and competitor insights
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
Requirements
3+ years’ experience as a leader in recruitment (internal or external)
