The Recruitment Lead will manage and scale hiring operations across European markets, with a strong focus on high-volume and BPO recruitment. This role requires ownership of recruitment delivery, team performance, and market strategy, ensuring consistent achievement of hiring targets.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters across multiple markets
Set performance targets and monitor team KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, conversion rates, pipeline health)
Drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team
Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned regions and roles
Manage high-volume (mass hiring) and BPO recruitment campaigns
Ensure efficient candidate funnel management from sourcing to onboarding
Analyze hiring markets across Europe, particularly Ukraine
Develop hiring strategies based on talent availability and business demand
Estimate hiring capacity and forecast workforce needs
