Recruitment Intern

• Proactively source high-caliber professionals through diverse channels
• Map out talent pools within specific industries to identify the best "passive" candidates in the market
• Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor movements, and emerging industries
• Identify potential business leads and key stakeholders within client organizations
• Support senior consultants in preparing "blind profiles" and talent insights for client presentations
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
• Help maintain the integrity of our global CRM system by ensuring candidate records and activities are up-to-date
• Participate in client meetings and job briefing sessions to understand the technical and cultural requirements of diverse roles

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
• A "can-do" attitude with the resilience to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Exceptional communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a significant advantage for stakeholder management
• A fast learner who is highly adaptable to new technologies and digital tools
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task effectively under pressure
