We’re looking for a Recruitment Insights & Branding Specialist to help us attract, engage and hire talent through data-driven insight and strong branding. Job Responsibility:
Analyse recruitment data including application volumes, time-to-hire and source effectiveness
Produce reports and insights that drive smarter hiring decisions
Work alongside the Marketing team to develop and strengthen our employer brand across campaigns and content
Monitor and strategically improve company reviews on platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor
Partner with stakeholders to provide recruitment insight and market intelligence
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills
Confidence working with recruitment data and systems
Interest in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing
Collaborative
Commercially aware
Able to turn insight into action
Experience within a healthcare setting is desirable
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
