We’re looking for a Recruitment Insights & Branding Specialist to help us attract, engage and hire talent through data-driven insight and strong branding. This is a unique opportunity to combine analytics with creativity, shaping how Avery performs and how we’re perceived as an employer of choice.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyse recruitment data including application volumes, time-to-hire and source effectiveness
  • Produce reports and insights that drive smarter hiring decisions
  • Work alongside the Marketing team to develop and strengthen our employer brand across campaigns and content
  • Monitor and strategically improve company reviews on platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide recruitment insight and market intelligence

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Confidence working with recruitment data and systems
  • Interest in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing
  • Collaborative

  • Experience within a healthcare setting is desirable
